Simple Natural Self Care!
My favorite topic and so very important as a busy working Mom is Self Care! This is a part of the internal, you, the self, the core and everything that supports it. Just like Health & Wellness, Self-Care can be simple, fun, and easy on the budget when you remember to K.I.S.S.!
I would highly recommend to begin with the List of 3 below (3-so simple!) to get yourself organized and understand what is truly important to you so you can focus on it as the priority! All too often, we loose sight of what we want and what is actually important, especially us busy Moms! It is so easy to get lost in the push and pull of everyone and everything else allowing life to become busy and chaotic, rather than keeping life simple, natural and authentic. In order to help you keep your focus on what you say is your priority, I created the List of 3! Print it out, read the directions, fill it out and most of all, have fun with it! BE HONEST! Then, you will have a guide to keep with you or put on your vision board to keep you focused on how you want to live your simple, natural, authentic, joyous life!
Once that is done, you can begin to simplify! Focus on what you want in your life, what matters, and remove what does not serve you, your desires or your higher purpose. Declutter your internal life and simplify it! I also recommend journaling as a way to spend time for and with yourself each day to clear your thoughts, write down your dreams and desires, stay focused on what's important, express gratitude, and inspire yourself with favorite quotes and affirmations!
Self care is vitally important. Don't over complicate it, keep it light and fun and simple and be sure to pay attention to this area to stay balanced. This is where Yoga or Meditation plays a role as do hobbies, reading, interests, alone time, and of course, health & wellness.
I have articles below on simplifying your life in order to enjoy it and what to do with all this wonderful blessed extra time!! The recipes are for some interesting and fun self care items that will save you money and resources! And then there are the Positivities.... quotes from me and others to both uplift and remind us all of what is really important in our lives.

1 scoop Protein Powder (Earth Chimp is my go to!)
1 scoop Greens Powder (Green Vibrance is my go to)
1 scoop Ground Flax Seed
1 scoop Probiotics
FRUIT/VEGGIES
1 Banana, 1-2 Kale leaves, 1/2 Celery stalk, 1/2 cup root vegetable (sweet potato) ,1 handful of greens,
1/2 C of cooked beets and juice, 1 Cup frozen fruit (strawberry, mango, pineapple, raspberries, blackberries), 1 Cup frozen blueberries.
Agave Nectar to taste, if desired.
